Warrior Boxing is a fitness experience where “YOU MATTER” as we uphold our core values and beliefs which include:

Approach:  

  • Embrace and meet our members of all fitness levels, backgrounds, and abilities in 

             an environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to participate.

  • Provide  modifications for exercises and routines to ensure inclusivity and accessibility focusing on teaching proper boxing techniques to enhance participants' skills.

Boxing

Boxing for fitness is a dynamic and high-intensity workout that draws inspiration from the training regimens of professional boxers. It involves a mix of activities like shadow boxing heavy bag work,  cardio through punch combinations, strength training with bodyweight exercises, and agility drills. Boxing for fitness improves endurance, builds strength, and enhances overall well-being. It's an engaging and effective way to stay in shape, offering a full-body workout with elements of challenge and intensity.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing

Kickboxing for fitness incorporates all of the elements of boxing with an addition of the element of kicking.  Members will focus on fundamentals and techniques of kicks that include front and back kick, sidekick, and roundhouse kicks. Our coaches lead all of our members through the proper techniques meeting them where their abilities begin and growing their skills with each class.

Boxing Personal Training

Personal training for boxing incorporates similar goals and aspects of personal training sessions, but incorporates its main focus on improving and honing in on your boxing skills.  These sessions will incorporate fitness training as well as training the techniques associated with the jab, hook, and uppercuts as well as the power kicks and techniques of kickboxing.  Programs will be tailored to your goals and objectives. We are excited to meet you where you are and be part of your fitness journey. The hardest part is making the decision to start and then WE have you from there!

Power Body Sculpt

A body sculpting class is a fitness session designed to tone, strengthen, and reshape the body through a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, and targeted muscle engagement. The primary focus of this class is to enhance muscle definition, improve overall body composition, and promote a sculpted physique. A body sculpting class is suitable for individuals of various fitness levels, as modifications can be provided to accommodate different abilities. The combination of resistance training, cardiovascular intervals, and core strengthening creates a well-rounded workout that contributes to improved muscle tone, strength, and overall body sculpting.

We are truly EXCITED to have you as part of our community!!!
We have been involved with boxing for fitness for over 10 years.  We started our journey with a family boxing class at Title Boxing that allowed for us to share a fun workout experience with our six kids. Instantly, we were hooked and have taken this passion from members to fulfilling one of our dreams, owning and running a business.  
We are truly blessed with this opportunity to build a community of friends and family, INVITING YOU into our space for boxing fitness, to be part of YOUR fitness journey or passion.  Come, YOU ARE INVITED, choose your level of fitness and work at your own pace knowing that we are right by your side to help you reach your GOALS!!!  
Warrior Boxing Club is a fitness choice, but more importantly, a place where you can feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and treated like family!
